- Criteria: Serves men and women, age 55 and above.
- What do you need to do to access the program/resource? Must be private pay or have VA benefits, background check, assessed by nursing staff to determine level of care needed which impacts how much they pay, and copies of documentation (insurance cards, SS, power of attorney, ID).
