- Criteria: Male-only SUD (has women’s only outside of county in Lexington, IN, and another male facility in Bloomington, IN)
- What do you need to do to access the program/resource?
Show up for walk-in days or call for intake appt. If they do not have insurance, Centerstone will connect with a navigator. Centerstone prefers that they have a photo ID and insurance ready to go.
