Criteria: Working families attending a school/training program, or working at least 20 hours a week, elderly staus (age 62 or older), non-elderly disabled status (61 years or younger), having a disabled family member any age, Youth exiting Foster care, Child welfare invloed families
What do you need to do to access the program/resource? Disability needs to meet the HUD defintion of a person with a disability, Youth esiting Foster Care- has to be at least 18 years old and not more than 24 years old who have left the foster care, or will leave within 90 days and is at risk of being homeless. Fill out application for wait listing, placement on the waiting list does not guarantee the applicants will qualify for assistance.
