Criteria: The Indiana Homeowner Assistance Fund (IHAF) program can provide assistance with the mortgage payments, property taxes, homeowners insurance and homeowner/condominium fees of eligible Hoosiers. Must meet the following criteria- Have an income equal to or less than 150% of the area median income or 100% of the median income for the United States, whichever is greater. Experienced a financial hardship after 1/21/2020 associated with the coronavirus pandemic. (A Qualified Financial Hardship is a reduction in income or increase in living expenses associated with the pandemic.) Expenses must be related to your primary residence located in Indiana.
