Length of Stay: 3-6 months
Criteria: Adult Male veterans and emotional support animals (must have a letter). Can take up to 3 emotional support animals (dogs and cats).
What do you need to do to access the program/resource?
Pre-screening via phone or in-person. Pre-screening reviewed by liaison with VA. MUST be VA eligible (does not mean they have to go to the VA) (must be honorable or under-honorable d/c; after 1980 must have served 2 years active duty or be service connected). Journey Home can transport to Winchester (VSO helps). Cannot have sex offenses. Can have MH or SUDS dx.
Other Misc.: Participates in HMIS and Coordinated Entry
