Criteria:Monthly Cost of $800 per month, offers housing, peer to peer recovery, same day admission, no funds needed or admission, long-term programs, career development, freedom to work, AA/NA meetings onsite and offsite, licensed counsing, real world experiences, life skills, relapse prevention, spiritual development.
D/V or sexual assault history. No income requirement. No insurance requirement.
Photo ID, Social Security Card, Proof of income to start the application process
What do you need to do to access the program/resource? Offers a 12 step program,
#Beds/Units: 6 bed (have seasonal beds in inclement weather- goes up to 12-13)
Length of Stay: If seeking assistance, will guarantee their bed for 30 days if working a program.
Criteria: Single dads/moms and their kids, as well as whole families.
What do you need to do to access the program/resource? Low barrier- just need to show up. Will take individuals with MH/SUD.
Other Misc.:Short on staff. Open 24-7. “Unmanned shelter”. Can do Safe Link. Faith-based. Participates in PIT. Get a lot of people from counties that lack shelters (Rush, Fayette, Franklin, Union).
What do you need to do to access the program/resource? Assessment and insurance check (take Medicare/Medicaid/others). Need referral from hospital or PCP office (order to admit). TB test if coming from hospital.
We offer Transitional Living for people in or seeking recovery! 6-9 month program including weekly IOP, group discussions, meetings & more. We are here to help individuals grow & become self-sufficient while encouraging the recovery process.
